5. Procedure to Request Access to Records
To request access to any record, you must:
- Complete the prescribed Form 2 (Annexure A), available here.
- Pay the applicable request fee, if required.
- Submit the completed form to the Information Officer at Retro Club via email or physical address.
Requests will be processed in accordance with PAIA and POPIA.
6. Prescribed Fees
The applicable fees for access to records are prescribed by the Information Regulator and are available on their website: www.inforegulator.org.za.
7. Request Form
All requests must be made using Form 2 of Annexure A to the PAIA Regulations, 2021. A copy of this form can be downloaded here.
