Return & Refund Policy

We’re a small-batch, independent label and don’t officially offer returns, exchanges, or refunds directly through our website — but we’ll always try to help if something’s not right with your order. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please get in touch via email: hello.retroclub@gmail.com and we'll take it from there.

📏 SIZING HELP

We strongly recommend checking the size guides, product descriptions, and model details listed on each product page before placing your order.

If you're still unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to assist with sizing advice. You can also try on items at our pop-ups (announced on Instagram) or at select retail stores that stock Retro Club.

🧵 GENERAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES (SOUTH AFRICA)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Products are only eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours and include a screenshot of your order confirmation and clear photos of the issue.
  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (including R80 for return + R80 for resending within South Africa). Alternatively, fuel cost to exchange your goods in person is also the customers responsibility.

    We’ll assess your request and provide further instructions from there.

PURCHASING FROM A STOCKIST:

If you’ve bought one of our products from a store we stock; returns, refunds, or exchanges must be handled through them—not directly with us. Since your purchase was made through a third party, their return policy applies. Please contact the store directly to start the process.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, we unfortunately cannot accommodate returns or exchanges on international orders.

If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, we suggest reselling it in your own country — and we’ll gladly help! Tag us on Instagram @retro.club.za and we’ll do our best to reshare your post and help get it seen by other Retro Club fans in your area.

📦 SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

We encourage customers to shop mindfully and check measurements carefully before purchasing discounted goods.

That said — if you accidentally ordered the wrong size and your item is unworn with tags, feel free to reach out. We’ll always try to assist where possible.

💳 REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, we’ll process it via your original payment method. This can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please get in touch.
