We currently offer domestic shipping within South Africa and international shipping to select countries across the globe.
🇿🇦 South Africa (Domestic)
We deliver nationwide using Pargo Pickup Point Delivery—so if there’s a Pargo point near you, we’ve got you covered. Just choose your nearest pickup point at checkout.
🌍 International
We offer international shipping via TUNL Economy, FedEx Priority, and UPS Express, with options shown at checkout. We currently ship to:
- AFRICA : Botswana, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe
Note: Shipping to Namibia is temporarily unavailable due to restrictions.

Processing Times
Orders are typically packed and ready to ship within 1–3 working days of purchase.
- SOUTH AFRICAN orders are dispatched throughout the week.
- INTERNATIONAL Fedex Priority & UPS Express orders are shipped throughout the week.
- INTERNATIONAL Economy orders are shipped every Wednesday (So keep this in mind when placing your order).
You’ll receive a tracking link directly from the courier via email/ SMS once your parcel is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed:
- SOUTH AFRICA: 2–4 working days
- INTERNATIONAL(TUNL Economy): 14–20 working days
- INTERNATIONAL (FedEx Priority / UPS Express): 5–10 working days
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance.
Shipping Rates
SOUTH AFRICA:
- Flat rate of R100
- FREE shipping on orders over R1000
INTERNATIONAL:
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method.
- FREE shipping on orders over $250 (or the equivalent in your local currency)
Couriers & Tracking
We work with trusted courier partners to get your order to you safely and on time. Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, you’ll receive all tracking updates directly from them via email or SMS. Retro Club is not liable for delays, losses, or delivery issues once a parcel is in the courier’s hands, but we’re always happy to help however we can.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and taxes will apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are included in your order total.
Retro Club is not liable for delays or extra charges that may occur at customs.

Please double-check your shipping and contact details before placing your order. Retro Club is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If you’ve entered incorrect shipping info and your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at hello.retroclub@gmail.com so we can fix it.
If your order has already shipped, we can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
For lost, delayed, or misdelivered parcels, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. If you’re stuck, reach out to us—we’re happy to assist.
